The site will hold
regular Health & Safety meetings with operatives and senior management,
meeting minutes will be kept. All chemicals used on site will be controlled. Equipment will be suitably guarded. The site will determine whether protective
clothing is required, if required, it will be clean, in good condition and not
present a risk of contamination to the product
现场应定期召开职工和高层管理人员的健康和安全会议,会议纪要应保存。现场用的化学品要加以控制。适当地保护设备。现场应决定哪里需要穿防护服,如果需要穿,防护服必须是干净的并保存完好,不会对产品带来污染的风险。

A documented Health & Safety Policy, signed by Senior Management, must be in place and displayed. The policy must be compliant with the legal requirements of the country of operation. 文件化的健康和安全方针,必须由高层管理人员签字,并在现场张贴。该方针必须符合当地国家的法律要求。 There should be a designated manager trained and responsible for Health and Safety. 现场必须培训一个指定的经理人,负责健康和安全事务。

Where hazardous chemicals are handled specific risk assessments must be in place in line with the requirements of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). 如接触危险化学品,必须按照材料安全数据单(MSDS)的要求做具体的风险评估。

Sites providing food service must be clean and fit for purpose 提供餐饮服务的现场必须保持清洁适用。 The canteen and rest area must not be used for production or storage / warehousing. 食堂和休息区不得用于生产或存放/仓储。

All waste must be collected in suitable, identified containers. Hazardous waste must be segregated, managed and suitably disposed of. 所有废弃物必须搜集、存放在适当的有标识的容器中。 危险废弃物必须分类,管理并适当地处置。

Spillage control 溢漏控制 |
Chemical storage areas must be contained (bunded) or have bunded pallets to avoid spillages resulting in uncontrolled release to ground or water courses. 化学品存放区域必须被隔离(加防护堤坡)或垫防护托盘,防止化学品的溢漏导致污染土地或水源。 Where required, spillage kits / controls must be in place to contain spillages in non-bunded areas. 如需要,必须采用溢漏工具/控制措施抑制对未加护坡区域的溢漏。

Cleaning Chemicals 清洁用化学品 |
Cleaning chemicals must be kept in a designated store with restricted access. Spillages must be contained and controlled effectively. Chemicals must be separated in storage to prevent accident e.g. acids / chlorine based chemicals. Health & Safety guidelines must be followed. 清洁用化学品必须存放在非公勿入的指定区域。 发生溢漏必须采取有效的抑制和控制措施。 化学品必须分开存放,防止事故发生,如酸/氯基化学品。必须遵守健康/安全指南的要求
