Suspension of activity: ALGI Bangladesh

Following a thorough investigation and review process, FTA has decided to suspend the activities of ALGI in Bangladesh.

The relevant branch for these operations, ALGI Bangladesh, will be suspended as of 12 May 2017, for a duration of 2 months. As of this date, ALGI Bangladesh cannot be selected as the Auditing Company branch in the audit requests.

During this time, ALGI will review their resources and management system to ensure that it can continue to deliver quality audit services to its clients locally. Upon solid evidence of robust quality oversight of its auditing operations the suspension is to be lifted.
