环保与社会責任问题的九大关键性失误点

1. The factory employs children below the local legal minimum age, and/or a minimum age of 14.
    工厂雇佣低于14岁或工厂所在国家最低法定年龄(如果高于14岁)的儿童。

2. The factory uses forced, bonded or involuntary labour.
工厂使用被强迫、遭扣押或非自愿的工人。

3. Workers are forced to lodge “unreasonable” deposits or their identity papers with their employers, so they are not free to leave after reasonable notice.
    工人们被强迫缴纳“不合理”押金,或其身份证件被雇主扣押以至于他们不能在合理通知后自由离开。

4. Workers are subjected to physical abuse, the threat of physical abuse, or intimidating verbal abuse.  
    工人们遭受虐待,受到虐待的威胁或胁迫性的口头虐待。

5. Accommodation, if provided, is not clearly segregated from the factory or production area. 
    工厂提供给工人的住所没有与工厂或生产区域清楚地隔离开。  

6. An adequate number of safe, unblocked fire escape routes are not accessible to workers from each floor or area of the factory and accommodation if provided.

7. The factory knowingly and continually contravenes local or national environmental legislation without being able to demonstrate a plan of action to improve.

8. The factory management does not demonstrate a willingness to improve on any significant areas of concern identified during the audit.
